As a buyer, their products make my customers very satisfied. In particular, their quality, service and level of designers were very helpful to me.

The product is great, but be prepared to pay about $7,000+ more than what you pay the supplier in custom clearance fees, delivery fees, etc. All of that was supposed to be included in the price we agreeed on, but that wasn’t the case. Every other large order I’ve placed from Alibaba had all of that included in the price, but this supplier doesn’t. That was very frustrating. Also, after paying for delivery, the delivery guy expected me to unload 17,000lb of items by myself. Luckily, we have a construction crew that was willing to help, but not everyone does. That also incurred more labor fees and having to pay to leave the container on our property for a couple of days to unload it. It was not even loaded into the container neatly on pallets. It was just thrown in there and wrapped in wire, so we had to unload each item one by one. I’m glad we don’t have to order anything else like this again.
